By accessing or using the Let's Measure mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Let's Measure is an augmented reality application designed to help users measure distances and lay out sport field configurations. The App provides tools for measuring distances, placing virtual cones, and creating field layouts using AR technology.

User Accounts

Premium Features

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off
All sales are final, with no refunds except as required by law

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LET'S MEASURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Measure from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
